  • What are your hours of operation?

    We operate 24/7 and on most occasions can be at your door within 1-2 hours.

  • How much do you charge for a transport?

    Though we are extremely competitive and will match any rate in the state of Idaho, each transport is unique and depends on multiple factors. We encourage you to call us at (208) 321-1703 to get a quote.

  • Can someone ride along during the transfer?

    Yes, in fact we encourage care-givers to ride along if it’s convenient. One other fully ambulatory person is welcome to ride along at no charge.

  • How far in advance do I need to reserve a transport?

    24-hrs in advance is preferred; however we can accommodated most requests within a few hours.

  • Do you bill insurance companies?

    Yes, please check with your insurance company to ensure you have coverage to allow for transportation.

  • Do you have bariatric equipment?

    Yes, we can accommodate bariatric patients and we have the equipment necessary to provide a safe comfortable transport.

  • Will your Transport Specialist put patients into bed and arrange to transport belongings?

    Yes! We offer a full service transport and we will transfer the patient from bed to bed if necessary. Personal belongings that are small and transferable will be handled by our staff and transferred with the client.

  • There are a variety of reasons to charter a medical flight, air ambulance, or non-emergency medical air transportation.

    Medical issues that required transport to specialty hospitals, relocating or moving residences, family members needing transport for hospice, or family get-togethers.

    Due to illness, there are many families who have not had the ability to travel on vacation with their loved ones in the past, flying privately allows for families to travel together in a less-stressful manor, at their convenience – safely and securely.
